Every weekly session, every Saturday, at no cost. No membership, no day pass. The sessions are free. Coaching and programming are available separately for those who want to go deeper.

Ed and Justin don't just run you through a circuit. They explain the programming, the mechanics, and the why behind every movement. You leave knowing more than you arrived with.

We rotate across Metro Vancouver. Different neighbourhoods, different facilities, always the same crew and the same standard. Every session ends at a local restaurant or café.

Ed Tung

17+ years in performance and physique training. Trained alongside IFBB Pro bodybuilders. Competitive HYROX athlete with deep expertise in hypertrophy, strength, nutrition, and programming.

Justin Ong

BSc Kinesiology, UBC. Former Infantry Soldier turned competitive weightlifter, now competing in HYROX. Specializes in biomechanics, speed development, and injury prevention.

Why we
built
zone6

We've been training for years. We know how powerful it is to have a community that pushes you, supports you, and shares your commitment to getting better.

When we started preparing for HYROX, we looked for something that offered both the social connection of a run club and the structure of real programming. Run clubs were great for community but light on purpose. HYROX classes were intense but disconnected from long-term development. Nothing bridged the gap. So we built it.

In traditional training, everything lives in zones: Zone 1 through Zone 5. Measured. Prescribed. Controlled. But the moments that actually change you happen just beyond that. When you choose to push further. When effort isn't assigned. It's earned.
