We've been training for years. We know how powerful it is to have a community that pushes you, supports you, and shares your commitment to getting better.
When we started preparing for HYROX, we looked for something that offered both the social connection of a run club and the structure of real programming. Run clubs were great for community but light on purpose. HYROX classes were intense but disconnected from long-term development. Nothing bridged the gap. So we built it.
In traditional training, everything lives in zones: Zone 1 through Zone 5. Measured. Prescribed. Controlled. But the moments that actually change you happen just beyond that. When you choose to push further. When effort isn't assigned. It's earned.
zone6 isn't a heart rate.It's a decision.
