No. Everything is scaled to your level. Whether you're returning to training or preparing for competition, we'll coach you at the right intensity.
Running shoes, water, and a towel. Dress for outdoor training. We handle everything else.

We train rain or shine. If conditions are unsafe, we'll notify all registered attendees by 6 PM the day before.
