75 minutes of expert-guided hybrid training: speed, power, and conditioning. Followed by food, coffee, and the people who showed up to do the same thing you just did.

Sessions rotate across Metro Vancouver every few weeks. New track. New neighbourhood. Same crew.

Common
questions

Is this really free?

Yes. 100% free, no catch. We're building a training community and want quality coaching to be accessible to everyone.

Do I need to be fit?

No. Everything is scaled to your level. Whether you're returning to training or preparing for competition, we'll coach you at the right intensity.

What should I bring?

Running shoes, water, and a towel. Dress for outdoor training. We handle everything else.

Can I bring friends?

Please do. Just make sure each person reserves their own spot so we can plan coaching coverage.

What if it rains?

We train rain or shine. If conditions are unsafe, we'll notify all registered attendees by 6 PM the day before.

How many spots?

Limited, to keep coaching quality high. Registration closes once we hit capacity. Reserve early.

What happens after?

We head to a local restaurant or café for food, coffee, and conversation. The location rotates with each cycle.
