Having trained alongside natural and enhanced IFBB Pro bodybuilders, he brings deep expertise in hypertrophy, strength, nutrition, and physique development. His philosophy is built on intelligent programming, technical precision, and long-term consistency. He competes in HYROX and stays active across motorsports, running, tennis, and outdoor pursuits.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from UBC and CanFit Pro certification. His foundation was built serving as an Infantry Soldier in the Singapore Armed Forces, where physical training is non-negotiable and mental resilience is earned, not assumed. A decorated competitive weightlifter now competing in HYROX, he specialises in biomechanics, speed development, and injury prevention.

HYROX race prep is one path within Premium Coaching, not a separate product. Tell us your race date in the application and we build everything around it. Ed and Justin compete in HYROX themselves. The advice comes from the start line.
