Ed is a physique and performance coach with 17+ years of resistance training experience. Having trained alongside natural and enhanced IFBB Pro bodybuilders, he brings deep expertise in hypertrophy, strength, nutrition, and physique development. His philosophy is built on intelligent programming, technical precision, and long-term consistency.

He competes in HYROX and stays active across motorsports, running, tennis, and outdoor pursuits. His training philosophy is built around one principle: athletes who understand why their program is structured the way it is execute better and stay consistent longer than those who just follow instructions.

Ed co-founded zone6 with Justin because the training community they wanted didn't exist. So they built it.
