Justin holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from UBC and CanFit Pro certification. His foundation was built serving as an Infantry Soldier in the Singapore Armed Forces, where physical training is non-negotiable and mental resilience is earned, not assumed.

A decorated competitive weightlifter, Justin now competes in HYROX and specialises in biomechanics, speed development, and injury prevention. He brings a rare combination of academic rigour and real-world competitive experience to every client he works with.

Justin co-founded zone6 because he believed quality coaching should be accessible. No expensive gym memberships. No watered-down group classes.
